Prep and Cook Time: 30 min.
Ingredients: 1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk 1/4 cup oil 1 egg
Directions: Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, milk, oil, and egg. Mix well. Pour into a well greased 8'' baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
