Juicing Recipes You'll Love!


Having been juicing for over 25 years, I have come up with some delicious recipes along my juicing journey. Here are a few of my favorites!


If you don't have a juicer, invest in a good one - and start juicing today. It will change your life.


Ginger Miracle

Ginger is great for treating inflammation, nausea, indigestion, muscle aches, and much more. This easy-to-make juice will help with most indigestion issues that you may have.

Ingredients:

* Celery 2 stalks

* Ginger 1-inch piece

* 1 cucumber

* 1 pear (cored and seeded)

* 1 cup spinach


Directions:

Peel the ginger. Wash and prepare the rest of the ingredients. Then juice away!



After Workout Recovery Juice

Nothing like an icy cold veggie/fruit juice to hydrate you and replace the lost nutrients during your workout. The easy recipe below will help aid in recovery and is tasty too.

Ingredients:

* 1 glass pure coconut water

* 1 cucumber

* 1 green apple

* 1/4 tsp turmeric

* 1 stalk celery

* 1 cup honeydew


Directions:

Clean and wash the ingredient and juice them all. Make and consume this drink soon after your workout!



Papaya Pleasure

This easy-to-make juice is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, beta carotene, zinc, copper, fiber, iron, calcium, manganese, and much more. The best part of it all it's delicious!

Ingredients:

* 3 oranges

* 1 cup papaya

* 1 mango


Directions:

Wash and prepare all ingredients accordingly. Juice the 3 oranges first. Then add the papaya and mango into a blender. Pour in the orange juice. Blend the mixture until it's a smoothie. Enjoy your drink!


Pineapple Pick Me Up

Pineapples are awesome. Never has there been a fruit that makes such a refreshing juice in the morning. Many hotels in tropical countries serve pineapple juice as part of their breakfast spread.

Rich in nutrients and vitamin C, pineapples are an immunity booster and help to ease digestion, suppress inflammation and also prevent diseases like cancer.

Ingredients:

* 1/2 pineapple (peeled and cored)

* 1 apple

* 1 lemon

* 2 cucumbers


Directions:

Wash all ingredients and juice away!


Quick Detox Juice

Drinking detox juice every now and then will work wonders for your health. The recipe below is simple and very effective for cleansing your kidney and liver. Ideally, you should drink this on day 1, followed by a green juice on day 2 and a colon cleanse juice on day 3.

Ingredients:

* 1 cup of chopped beetroot

* 1 cucumber

* 1 lemon

* 2 apples (cored and quartered)

* 1 tomato

* 1 carrot

* 2 sticks celery


Directions:

Wash all ingredients and juice away! Drink only this juice throughout the day as a substitute for meals. This will help to cleanse the body more effectively.

Refreshing Orange Booster

This juice is rich in potassium, beta-carotene, fiber, vitamin C and A. Helps to keep your skin looking youthful, flushes out toxins, and also prevents cancer and cardiovascular disease.


Ingredients:

* 2 medium-sized carrots

* 2 cups cantaloupe

* Celery 3 stalks

* 10 romaine lettuce leaves


Directions:

Wash all ingredients and juice away!



Kale Rules!

Over the past few years or so, kale has seen a surge in popularity as more people realize just how potent it actually is. It is dense in nutrients and helps prevent many health issues like heart disease, cancer, etc.

The vegetable contains antioxidants such as kaempferol and vitamins A, C, K, B6, and much more. Drinking a cup of kale juice twice a week will truly boost your health.



Ingredients:

* 5 kale leaves

* 3 lettuce leaves

* 2 apples

* 1 lemon

* 1 cucumber

* 1 stork of parsley (optional)

* 1-inch piece of peeled ginger


Directions:

Wash all ingredients and juice away!


Green Strength

We've all heard about the health benefits of kale. But when combined with carrots, oranges, and spinach, this juice sure packs a healthy punch.

Ingredients:

* Kale 5 leaves

* 2 peeled oranges

* 3 broccoli florets

* 1 cup spinach

* 1-inch piece of peeled ginger


Directions:

Prepare all ingredients and juice away!


Can't Beet This!

Beet is one of those ingredients that you either love or hate. Some people love the thick earthy taste, while others abhor it for the same reason.


Nevertheless, this is one of those vegetables that is so rich in vitamins and nutrients that you should still juice it and gulp it down even if you don't like the taste. Over time you'll get used to it.


Ingredients:

* 1 beetroot

* 1 red apple

* 2 carrots

* 2 sticks celery

* 1 peeled grapefruit

* 1-inch piece of peeled ginger


Directions:

Wash and scrub the beet well and prepare the other ingredients accordingly. Then juice them one by one and consume them immediately.
